Exceptional private practice opportunity for a BE/BC Radiation Oncologist in the Great Lakes Region.
The Cancer Center is a new 17,000 square foot facility serving patients in two states. The center provides state-of-the-art services including: IMRT, IGRT w/BAT, Brachytherapy, PET/CT, 3D CRT, LDR, and Respiratory Gaiting. This rapidly growing practice offers comprehensive Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Hematology care.
Leading-edge equipment includes a Varian 21IX Linear Accelerator, Phillips Large Bore CT Simulator, Electronic Portal Imagining, and Eclipse Treatment Planning Computer.
The dedicated staff includes two RTT's, a Certified Dosimetrist, Ph.D. Physicist, a LPN, and administrator. The Medical Oncology staff consists of two Board Certified Oncologists, one Certified Nurse Practitioner, two licensed Practical Nurses, and several Registered Nurses.
Currently the practice treats an average of 20+ patients per day, five consults per week, 10 follow-ups per week, and had 200 new RT patients last year.
